Revision Policy

At Consort Solutions Tech Ltd, we provide revisions depending on the package selected or proposal signoff. Customers can ask for multiple revisions, and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revision Turnaround Time is 48 hours.

Fair Usage Policy

Since we offer unlimited revisions, to ensure you get the maximum benefit from our services, we define unlimited revisions as a maximum of Five (05) revisions per project. Beyond this, additional costs will apply.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide maximum security to both the Client and the Company. The following terms apply if an order is cancelled, unless Consort Solutions Tech Ltd cancels or terminates your contract for a reason other than breach or non-performance:

• Discount Pricing or Bundle Price: Orders placed under discount pricing or as a bundle are provided with a no refund policy. If a project is cancelled under these terms, the client will be entitled to a company credit to be utilized for additional work for up to one year. The company credit will be provided at the regular price minus the number of days/months from the date of payment.
• Full Refund: Eligible for a full refund (less 10% processing fee) if the order is cancelled within Fifteen (15) days of placement, unless initial designs are delivered or revisions are requested within this timeframe.
• Before Initial Design Delivery: Full refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Within 48 hours of Initial Design Delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Between 48-120 hours of Initial Design Delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Post 120 Hours: No refunds, but contact us for any concerns for a possible resolution.
• After 30 Days of Inactivity: No refunds, reactivation will incur a fee.
• After Final File Delivery: No refunds.
• Website and Video Animation Packages: No refunds post-completion or deployment.

You are entitled to a redraw if our designed logo significantly resembles another existing logo. Any resemblance will be coincidental, and Consort Solutions Tech Ltd will not accept responsibility or claims for compensation.

Reactivation Policy

We do not entertain refunds if the client remains non-responsive for 45 days. However, you can email us to hold the project for personal reasons. Reactivation after 45 days of non-response requires an additional caution fee of $1,500.00.

Your use of certain features may involve third-party services, requiring agreement to additional terms.

Delivery Policy

Design orders are delivered via the Account Area as specified in the Order Confirmation Email. Expect first logo samples within 24 hours by opting for our RUSH DELIVERY service for an additional $100 per hour.

Communication Policy

Only trust communications from our domain "info@consortsolutions.com" or through our company line. Consort Solutions Tech Ltd is not responsible for any other communications.
